Sunaina Patel - Yogi
Sunaina has been practising yoga for almost 20 years and has completed her 500-hour Advanced Yoga Diploma Course. She initially practised Power, Hatha and Hot Yoga, enjoying the challenges of each style. During her teacher training, Sunaina learnt to appreciate the function of breath in yoga which has led her to practice in a completely different, more mindful way. Classes will leave you feeling physically balanced and mentally calmer. Sunaina’s classes offer a much needed respite from your hectic daily schedule. Focusing on your breathing, Sunaina will guide you through a variety of postures designed to open and relax your body and mind.
